Execution delegate

Read this first. An execution delegate can make your agent's wallet (Asset Signer) sign any instruction through Core Execute: move its SOL and tokens, approve spenders. Delegate only to an operator you trust. You can revoke at any time, but revoking does not undo approvals or other state created earlier (use SPL cleanup below).
